Override plans ✨

When assigning a plan to a customer, you can modify some attributes to create a custom plan. Editable fields include (but are not limited to):
- Currency;
- Subscription fee;
- Charge prices;
- Minimum spending requirements;
- Tax rates; and
- Invoice display names.
Details of the new plan will be available in the customer view.
